Alarplasty (or, less generally, alaplasty) is a plastic medical procedure technique wherein a wedge of the wing of the nose is taken out to modify the state of the nostrils. Alarplasty might be utilized to increment or abatement the width of the nostrils, for one or the other corrective or practical reasons.
